Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of November 2 2021 this project is complete. Construction of a 1.7-acre park located at 3951 Woodchase Drive. Work includes, but it not limited to the following: Site clearing and grubbing Grading and drainage Detention Concrete work Playground, dog park element Fencing, site furnishings Restrooms, pavilion Landscaping and irrigation Tree transplanting Bid security shall be submitted in accordance with AIA Document A701-2018 and A310-2010. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
