Site work and paving for a civil project in Saint-Arsene, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project is complete. Through this call for tenders, the municipalité de Saint-Arsène is requesting bids for the refurbishment of the underground waterworks, sanitary and stormwater and road infrastructure for a length of approximately 160 meters at rue Rioux. The present works are carried out under the management of the municipalité de Saint-Arsène. The bidder selected by the municipality, as well as all bidders and their subcontractors, must at all times comply with the municipality's contract management policy in force at the time of the call for tenders and its annexes. Copy of this policy is included in the quote. The municipalité de Saint-Arsène does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and reserves the right to withdraw and / or add certain parts of the contract up to the available budgets. In addition, the municipalité de Saint-Arsène will not be liable to any action or claim for costs or losses suffered by the bidders as a result of such decisions.
