Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Work includes removal of existing lift station control panel, furnishing & installation of new control panel along with associated conduit, electrical and site work. Work also includes furnishing and installing new motor cable on two existing lift station pumps. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount payable to the City of Sun Prairie as a guarantee that if their bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file a Contract within ten (10) days after such acceptance. The accepted bidder will execute and file the Agreement and the Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the bid amount within ten (10) days of Notice of Award. All applicable charter and statutory provisions are incorporated into said Contract. The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all Federal and State OSHA requirements, as well as to the extent necessary, to comply with David-Bacon and/or Wisconsin Prevailing Wage Laws. The City of Sun Prairie reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Bids may be held by the City of Sun Prairie for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
