Clarify Bidding procedures for meeting MBE/FBE requirements. b. Firms and contract amounts listed on 00 41 05 must meet goals. c. Evidence of "Good Faith" efforts (if goals are not met on 00 41 05) must be submitted within 4 days of bid. d. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in rejection of bid. e. Review of workforce hiring goals. (PC-DHR) A.Introductions along with roles and responsibilities discussed by Cory McCurley. Cory McCurley - CDB Project Manager. Craig Clary - Project Manager for Dewberry and primary point of contact. B. Cory reviewed the Meeting Agenda as well as the Pre-Bid handout that was given to all attendees. He discussed Bidding process, Scope Description, Contract Completion, Addenda. C. Corey discussed the MBE/WBE goals for the project and handed out the CDB Fair Employment Practices.
