The work includes, but is not limited to, improvements to install equipment in the flow measurement, non-potable water pump station, diversion structure, AST, blower building, and chemical feed building Construct new structures with equipment including; primary clarifiers, sludge fermentation, influent pump station, primary sludge pumping, headworks, course screens, excess flow pump station, scum pump station, operations building, and storage building. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Illinois EPA). Neither the State of Illinois nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. Question Deadline 01/24/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing The successful bidder will be required to agree to not less than the prevailing rate of wages will be paid to all workmen, laborers, and mechanics performing their work under their contract. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
