Renovation of a multi-residential development in Galesburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of January 29, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Proposals are desired for a single, lump sum General Construction contract which shall include all work related to the following: Replacement of elevator piston at Bluebell Tower. Replacement of cab interior wall panels and finish flooring at all elevators at Moon Towers. Installation of security cameras at all elevator cabs at Moon and Bluebell Towers. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award the contract to the lowest, responsible and most responsive bidder and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the bids received. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the consent of the Housing Authority.
