re-sodding existing soccer field, bench and pad along existing trail, pavilion and pad with single picnic table, cantilevered shade structures over existing benches at existing playground area. Per the owner, as of January 30, 2019, they have selected a design team and design is complete. Owner states that they will start bidding for the project in spring of 2019. M/WBE 14% /AABE 1% (applies to subcontracting goals)
