Work shall include, but not limited to the following: The work includes but is not limited to general construction and roofing expertise necessary to provide a second application of a hot applied rolled asphalt shingle over existing roofing system located on the roof of Building 649. To provide a design layout of all equipment located on the roof to include drainage locations. To include expansion joint material and redo the expansion roofing between 647 and 649. To include the replacement of drains up to and including the pee trap while maintaining the existing drainage pipes. To include the replacement of all parapet caps, column caps and metal wall panel covers with stainless steel to match existing. 3rd party roofing inspection with at least 5 years of experience will be required to perform inspections and roof warranty. This Request for Proposals will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals will only be accepted from qualified VIP Verified and SAM registered Small Businesses.
