Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 120,435-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

The community center building is an approximately 12,500 square foot building and is predominantly load bearing masonry construction. Renovations will consist primarily of new paint and finishes, updated interior lighting, exterior landscaping and pedestrian seating improvements, improved accessibility throughout, and security improvements. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all proposals. Electronic bids are not allowed for this project. Bid alternates include: new kitchen casework, shade structures, operable partition, acoustic paneling in gym, and HVAC rehab/cleaning.
