Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corp Christi, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project generally consists of the development of constructing up to approximately 11,600 track feet railroad track and associated earthwork, road crossings, limestone paving, and drainage improvements. The project is located in the PCCA Rincon Industrial Park property in Nueces County. Bidders should report to the PCCA Project Manager, Carlos Martinez, P.E., and proceed to the project site as a group. Clarification Deadline: 2/6/2019 5:00 PM This is a lump sum contract Bids may not be faxed or emailed to the PCCA office. Bids submitted by express mail service must be in a sealed envelope inside the express mail packaging. The PCCA reservesthe right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
