**As of February 25, 2019 Project has not been awarded yet.** Expected Contract Value $70,000-$90,000 Questions must be submitted via online by February 15, 2019 at 5:00 PM. Bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid required. Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. Successful Bidder must comply with PA Prevailing Wage Act. All Bidders must establish proof of competency in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Prequalification of Prospective Bidders and online Form 408/2016, as supplemented and amended. Subcontractors must prequalify in the same manner. All Bidders and Subcontractors must be PennDOT prequalified. Prevailing Wage determinations are in effect as set forth in the Bid Documents. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening.
