**As of December 17, 2019, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** Project Location: 2nd Street beyond Stewart, Saltsburg, Pennsylvania 15681. Sealed and separate Bids will be received for the following contracts: Bid Package A. General Construction. Bid Package B. HVAC Construction. Bid Package C. Electrical Construction. Bid Package D. Plumbing Construction. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified or Bank Treasurers Check or an Approved Surety Companys Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Bid Stated in the Bid Proposal Drawn in Favor of the Township of Loyalhanna. Bids Cannot Be Withdrawn for a Period of Thirty (30) Days After the Date Set for Opening of Bids. Bid Bonds Should Name Loyalhanna Township as the Owner. The Prevailing Wage Requirements as Determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Apply to This Project. All Bids Must Comply With the "Steel Products Procurement Act" of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All Bidding Questions Shall Be Submitted in Writing via the "Questions" Feature Within Pennbid No Less Than Four (4) Days Prior to the Date of Receipt of Bids in Order to Be Included in the Addenda.
