Renovation of a multi-residential development in Saltsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The project consists of Contract GC-1 and PC-1 for the upgrade to bathrooms including removal and replacement of bathrooms and related construction at the Housing Authority owned apartment complexes located in Saltsburg Borough, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. This will include demolition and replacement of bathroom fixtures and accessories, vanities, and vinyl flooring, exhaust fans/lights, HVAC registers, receptacles, and repainting. * Bids must be sealed and shall be marked as follows: Bathroom Renovation Project - McGregor Manor, Hemlock Way, Point Street and Salt Street Goals: Minorities 5%, Females 6.9% A. The Work consists of a bathroom renovation at the McGregor Manor, Hemlock Way, Point Street and Salt Street Apartment Communities in Saltsburg Borough, PA owned and managed by the Housing Authority of Indiana County. The McGregor Manor complex consists of 2 buildings. The Hemlock Way complex includes work at 3 buildings. The Point Street complex consists of one building. The Salt Street complex also includes 1 building. B. General Contract No. 1, Bathroom Renovation Project, McGregor Manor, Hemlock Way, Point Street and Salt Street Apartment Communities as indicated on the drawings, including but not limited to: 1. Remove existing flooring, base trim, gypcrete, medicine cabinet/light and heating grilles. 2. Remove existing tub/shower unit including controls and shower head. 3. Remove existing vanity, vanity top and faucet. 4. Provide finished surface for walls and paint walls and ceiling. 5. Provide new vanity, vanity top and faucet. 6. Provide new light fixture, GFI outlets, rubber base and bath accessories. 7. Install owner provided flooring. 8. Clean up and properly dispose of all debris from the project. 9. Provide protection from debris during construction. 10. Provide dust protection system to separate work area from remaining tenant spaces. 11. Electrical work is to be incidental to the General Construction contract. C. Plumbing Contract No. 1, Bathroom Renovation Project, McGregor Manor, Hemlock Way, Point Street and Salt Street Apartment Communities as indicated on the drawings, including but not limited to: 1. Provide Plumbing fixtures and associated appurtenances: Vanity faucet, shower assembly and toilet, 2. Provide new fan/light fixture connect to existing ductwork. Coordinate power connection with the General Contractor. 3. Provide supporting grout as required for the installation of the new tub assembly. 4. Clean up and properly dispose of all debris related to this project. 5. Provide protection from debris during construction. 6. HVAC work is to be incidental to the Plumbing Construction contract.
