Successful bidders may be required to furnish a copy of their current Shelby County Business License prior to the award of this bid, or any part thereof. 1. Furnish service and maintenance of treatment systems and all required chemicals for one year from Date of Substantial Completion. 2. Provide monthly technical service visits to perform field inspections and make water analysis on site. Detail findings in writing on proper practices, chemical treating requirements, and corrective actions needed. Submit two copies of field service report after each visit. 3. Provide laboratory and technical assistance services for warranty period. 4. Include four hour training course for operating personnel, instructing them on installation, care, maintenance, testing, and operation of water treatment systems. Arrange course at startup of systems. 5. Provide on-site inspections of equipment during scheduled or emergency shutdown to properly evaluate success of water treatment program, and make recommendations in writing based upon these inspections. 6. Provide treatment of condenser water system on the project. Provide all control and interlock wiring necessary for system to properly operate (install as per Division 26). 7. Coordinate with Shelby County Government Support Services for updated system to be furnished and installed in the basement condenser water pump room, by the existing chemical water treatment service company (if one is currently under contract). When required, Bid Bonds may be submitted in the form of a Bid Bond or a Cashier's Check in the amount required. When a Cashiers Check is submitted in lieu of a Bond, and the bidder is one of the three (3) low bidders, the check may be retained until a contract is signed with the successful bidder.
