Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Verdi, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of constructing two 500,000-gallon ground storage reservoirs, one 70' x 40' pump station, septic system and miscellaneous site work including piping, valves, hydrant, driveway, and other appurtenant items. The project consists of demolishing two existing ground storage reservoirs. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, of any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
