Site work and renovation of a power facility in Windom, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
The general nature of the work on which bids will be received consists of the removal and replacement of a fuel oil storage tank at the Citys power plant. This work consists of removing the existing fuel tank and providing a new fuel tank and monitoring equipment. Included is excavation, concrete work, mechanical piping, electrical wiring, and other related work. On request, Owner will provide Bidder access to the Site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations relative to excavation and utility locates The address of the project site(s) are as follows:City of Windom Electric Department 1105 First Avenue Windom, MN 56101
