**As of March 9, 2023, project was awarded to Towne & Country Excavating LLC, awarded amount is $459,885.30.** LOCATION: On 480th Ave from Jct. TH 60 to South City Limits of Windom TYPE OF WORK: Grading, culverts, curb & gutter, bituminous surfacing & aggregate shoulders Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Cottonwood County or a certified check made payable to the Cottonwood County Auditor/Treasurer for 5% of the amount of the bid. Upon execution of the Contract, certified checks or bid bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 30 days of opening the bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Surety Bond. The Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive defects.
