Demolition and site work for a civil project in Carver, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 09/29/2022 The anticipated date of contract award is October 4, 2022. Construction can begin on or after October 17, 2022. Substantial Completion Date shall be 8 weeks after the start of construction or by March 17, 2023, whichever is first. Final Payment Date shall be 2 weeks after substantial completion or by March 31, 2023, whichever is first. This project is comprised of the removal of a low-head concrete dam and the restoration of sections of the stream and streambank. The Work generally includes demolition of the concrete structure, as well as earthwork, excavation, boulder placement, stabilizing fill and aggregate base courses, erosion control, and seeding. 7260 & 7335 County Road 50 Carver, MN 55315. A bid opening will be held in the EOC Training Room at the Carver County Government Center, Lower Level Courts Building at the day and time of the bid closing.
