Site work for a civil project in Big Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Major quantities for the Work include: 73 LF Total (assorted lengths) of 8" and 10" DI water main (yard piping) Concrete Pad Turf Establishment and Erosion Control 2 Below Grade Check Valve and Flow Meter Manholes (complete including appurtenances) - Alternate A 1 Below Grade Check Valve and Flow Meter Vault (complete including appurtenances) - Alternate B VFD and Electrical service to run a new submersible well Control System Integration This project relates to companion project, Well No. 1, Contract A - Well Construction, which includes constructing the pitless adaptor, submersible pump, and motor. Bids shall be directed to the Finance Director, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR WELL NO. 1 IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT B - WATER UTILITIES AND SITE CONSTRUCTION, BIGL LAKE, MN, SEH NO. BIGLK 166301." Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security may be retained until the contract has been awarded and executed, but not longer than 60 calendar days from the date of opening bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 60 calendar days after the bid opening.
