Renovation of a fire / police facility in Big Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,500-square-foot fire / police facility.
All proposals received shall be endorsed on the outside of a sealed envelope with "Bid for Big Lake Fire Station Roof Replacement". Proposals submitted electronically will not be accepted. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. The work of the project includes the complete tear-off and installation of a low slope roof of approximately 15,000 sf at multiple elevations of the Big Lake Fire Station located at 20243 County Road 43, Big Lake, MN. Other work to be performed but is not limited to includes vacuuming ballast, insulation, metal flashing/coping, recovery board, etc. Roofing system shall be fully adhered using TPO or EPDM with a minimum thickness of 60 mil and a minimum 20-year manufacturer's warranty. Remove existing roof system and install a 16,500 s.f. fully adhered roof system, perimeter edge metal, scuppers, flashings, etc. per Project Specifications for the Big Lake Fire Station which include Roof Sections A,B,C, D, and E. And shall provide supervision, labor, materials and equipment for roof project per Project Specifications.
