Replace damaged exterior siding on the south side ofthe building 473 square feet. The square footage of damaged exterior wood/siding/trim is approximately 2,679 square feet. The material used to repair the damage should match as closely as possible the existing type of wood and fasteners cunently on the house. The new material should be primed and the entire exterior should be caulked/painted /trimmed to match existing color. Paint shall be a 20 year latex super paint such as Sherwin Williams or equivalent with the compatible primer, the exterior shall be cleaned and pressure washed with an agent such as bleach before painting. This will include the porches.
