Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Clearbrook, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The proposed work includes, but is not limited to the following major items: Demolition and removal of the temporary electrical and control systems inside the water tower. Installation of new electrical and control systems inside the water tower. Furnishing of a new replacement water tower pump which is equivalent to the existing pump. Sandblasting and repainting of the interior and exterior of the water tower. Inspection and testing via existing backwash system of underdrain cap system.
