Street Suite 301 Akron, Ohio 44311. MWCD reserves the right to reject the proposal of any bidder not registered with AA Blueprint as a plan holder of official Bidding Documents. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. Current prevailing wage rates are available at the Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance portal. Registration is required to look up current wage rates by county. The MWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/ or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder.
