**Owner is planning on the completion of the new well house in May or June 2019. Springville City will be accepting sealed bids for the construction of the 400 South Well No. 2 Well House. The work is comprised of the construction of a pump station for the 400 South Well No. 2, consisting of a masonry block structure with pitched roof; furnishing and installing a 400 HP vertical turbine pump, motor, piping valves, chlorination facilities, HVAC, electrical, controls, paving, site work, exterior piping including a 16" waterline and 24" and 15" storm drain pipelines, and all other associated items and appurtenant work. The project includes a pre-purchased pump, motor, column piping, well head and VFD of which the Contractor shall take assignment, and include as part of Contractor's bid.
