Springville City will accept bids for the construction of the Storm Drain Basin Landscaping - 2600 W 700 S, 1500 W 375 N, and 1200 W 400 S project according to the Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the Springville City Standard Specifications and Drawings Manual, and described in general as: The installation of approximately 247044 square feet of sod or hydroseed, 7314 square feet of 4 inch concrete sidewalk, 12997 square feet of 2-3 inch gravel hardscape, 35 trees, 476 square feet of concrete flatwork, 86 linear feet of 6 inch chain link fence, and an irrigation/sprinkler system for each basin. This work includes clearing and grubbing the sites of shrubs, weeds, roots, and any other plant material. The project also includes connecting to existing PI and power services at each basin. All communication relative to the Project and any questions which BIDDERs may have concerning the project shall be directed to the OWNER during the pre-bid meeting.
