Request for Bids for Springville City's Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades. Question Submission Close Date - 1/7/2021 2:00 PM MST. Estimate the project will be between $2.5-3 million Decision and award is anticipated by February 3, 2021. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly submitted and signed will be accepted. Integrate chemical phosphorus removal and biological nitrogen removal into the existing treatment process to meet nutrient limits as set by DWQ as well as incorporating the Huber DAF WAS thickening system into the plant's solids handling process.
