For the furnishing of all labor and materials to perform the Work in conjunction with the construction of: HVAC Controls & Roof Replacement Centennial High School MPID#0013718, PWP# CL-2019-02 The Work consists of replacement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system components, including the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning controls, two chillers, two cooling towers, three boilers, and replacing associated pumps, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components. Additionally, services are to include the refurbishment and rebuilding of air-handling units and associated fittings, fan walls, and cooling coils, replacement of exhaust fans, removal and replacement of the roof systems on the main building, theater building and gymnasium. Prequalified Prime Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor License with the Classification of A, AB, B, B-2.
