Demolition, site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 5,746-square-foot fire / police facility; for the construction of a 10,311-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
**As of May 7, 2019 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This Fire Station 61 location, previously called station 16, was constructed in 1979 and is not amenable to the current operations of the Clark County Fire Department. This project consists of the demolition of the existing 5,746 sf fire station and construction of a new 10,311 sf fire station, with new site access points, parking configuration, as well as Landscaping on a 0.92 acre lot.
