Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Cutoff Date 3/18/2021 07:30:00 PM (ET) Work includes rerouting an electrical ductbank approximately 750 feet in length. Construction of an earthen embankment utilizing approximately 300,000 cubic yards of soil from two separate borrow sites located at the Flamingo Water Reclamation Center The soil is to remain in place and the site is to be monitored for approximately 12 months. Once consolidation is sufficient, the soil will be moved back to the borrow pits and the borrow pits will be restored. Dust control is to be maintained at all work sites during construction and duration of preloading. For safety assurance, 2 flagpersons shall be utilized at the Rochelle Ave crossing for Borrow Site 1. An additional 2 flagpersons shall be used as directed by the owner, when construction activities are active at Borrow Site 2. Once consolidation is sufficient, the soil will be moved back to the borrow pits and the borrow pits will be restored. Rerouting of a new 750 foot electrical ductbank located at the west end of the preloading site. The Engineer's estimate is in the $10,100,000 to $11,700,000 range.
