The intent of this tender is to obtain offers to complete the construction of a new two-storey elementary school, including all associated services and sitework. The Bidder, in submitting an offer, agrees to complete all Work for occupancy by June 7, 2024 and invoice for all Work by August 30, 2024. Mechanical and Electrical Contractors are prequalified.
