The District Board of Trustees of The College of the Florida Keys ("Board") is requesting submittals from qualified Construction Management firms that are interested in providing professional construction management services for the construction of the Upper Keys Center which is located at 106040 Overseas Hwy, Key Largo, FL. The project will consist of the construction of a new two-story 38,000 square foot building that will offer new workforce training programs and expand existing programmatic capabilities for residents of the Upper Keys. Total project cost for planning, design, and construction of this project is approximately $20 million. If your firm has demonstrated expertise and success in delivering projects of this magnitude and complexity you are encouraged to submit your firm's qualifications for consideration and possible award of GMP contract upon successful completion of negotiations. The College reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the College.
