This project consists of: 1. Removing the existing fluorescent fixtures. 2. Installing new LED fixtures in accordance with the building code. 3. Properly disposing the old fluorescent fixtures. 4. Removal of existing control system in Auditorium and replacing it with an LED dimming system (this includes installation of new low voltage wiring) 5. Replacing CFL downlights in general/staff restrooms with 2'x2' LED troffers. *This project does not include the removal of the Auditorium wall sconces or the track lighting above the stage. All things not expressly stated in Scope and Specification of Work but involved in carrying them out must be included in bidder's proposal as though they were specifically stated. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and waive any and all informalities, and the right to disregard all nonconforming or conditional Bids or counter proposals. In evaluating Bids, Owner shall consider the qualifications of the Bidders, whether or not the Bids comply with the prescribed requirements, and alternates and unit prices if requested in the Bid Forms.
