Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Nashville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The scope of work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, etc. required to complete the following contract: Building Construction including, but not limited to modifications to a 4,395 square foot masonry building, to include interior finish, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. The contract documents may be examined at the following locations: Town of Nashville, 499 South Barnes St Nashville NC 27856 Duncan-Parnell Inc., 2741 North Wesleyan Blvd., Rocky Mount NC 27804 Dawson Construction Services Inc.,2801-C Nash St NW, Wilson NC 27893 Bidders must be properly licensed according to the General Statues of the State of North Carolina. Each Bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Security. Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, will be required prior to beginning work on this contract. The Town of Nashville, NC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bid informalities not involving price, times or changes in the work. The Town of Nashville, NC is an equal opportunity employer and service provider.
