Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Nashville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Nash County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to perform construction in accordance with the plans and specifications and attached Scope of Work prepared by Appian Consulting Engineers, PA. Work shall include all labor, equipment and materials complete in every detail. The scope of work shall consist of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Parking Lot Construction: 1. Minor clearing and grubbing along a portion of the northern property line and disposal of same. 2. Construction of 148 LF of Keystone III Flat-face Gravity SRW with heights varying from 2'-4" to 7'-0"; total wall length = 147.9 feet; total wall area 788 SF. 3. Approximately 1050 CY of unclassified excavation 4. 120 tons of S9.5B asphalt surface course 2 inches thick and 410 tons of ABC stone base 8 inches thick. 5. Associated pavement markings/signs. 6. And landscaping in accordance with a Town of Nashville approved Landscaping Plan. 7. Site cleanup and all other work necessary to render a complete project in accordance with the specification and construction drawings. Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: Bobby L.
