Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho is requesting formal bids for the complete installation of trail improvements for a trail section up to 5,040 linear feet long (Options 1 and 2) by 10 linear feet wide, to the Rio Rancho Bosque Trail section north of the North Beach Parking Lot toward the Middle Bosque. The project will include surface preparation, creating a turnaround and pull-out viewing areas with decorative rock edging along the trail, and placement and compaction of crusher fine surfacing with sprayed on PolyPavement stabilizer along the entire trail section. This IFB is issued on behalf of the City of Rio Rancho by the Purchasing Division, which is the Sole Point Of Contact During The Procurement Process.
