The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT, Department or Agency) is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Phase IA/B/IC/ID. Location and Topographic mapping, Drainage services. Geotechnical Engineering and Exploration, Bridge Design services, and Subsurface Utility Engineering for the extension of NM 347 (Paseo del Volcan). The Department intends on establishing a contract with a four (4) year term. In the case an extension is needed due to unforeseen circumstances, NMSA 1978, Section 13-1-150 B (6) allows for design and engineering contracts to exceed a four-year term upon approval of the New Mexico Department of Finance Administration (DFA). Written responses to written questions and any RFP amendments will be distributed on March 17, 2023 to all potential Offerors whose organization name appears on the procurement distribution list. NMDOT - RFP Engineering - Phase IA/B/IC/ID Paseo Del Volcan (NM 347) from Rainbow to Southern The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
