Renovation of a municipal facility in Middleburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of October 26, 2020, the awarded amount is $105,435. 45. The construction start date and completion date are not yet determined at this time. Running of CAT 6 wiring, termination hardware and installation of such. An option to remove all the wiring of the termination hardware may also be submitted. If this option is chosen, the county IT/Maintenance staff would install the termination hardware. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. The Equal Employment requirements of Executive Order 11246 regarding discrimination and Davis Bacon and Related Acts, as well as all other applicable Federal, State and Local Statues and Regulations apply to this project. This Project is being financed by a grant from the federal Department of Commerce, under the Administration of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development. Bids may be held by Snyder County for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The Snyder County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. SEDA Council of Governments The Snyder County Commissioners will receive sealed bids, one (1) original and two (2) copies, for the CAT 6 Wiring Installation project.
