Sealed proposals will be received for the following products: 200+- Tons of 2A Subbase, more or less 50+- Tons of Commercial 2A Subbase, more or less 20+- Tons of #57 2-B Stone, more or less 500+- Tons of AS2 Anti-Skid, more or less A Bid Bond or certiied check in the amount of 10% of the contract will be required at the bid opening. Performance Bonds in the amount of 10% of the contract as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Speciications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
