Site work and paving for a road / highway in Middleburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Borough roadways to be included in the contracts will be indicated on the bid forms provided by the Borough. Question Deadline 04/01/2025 at 8:00 PM ET Location online portal. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a Certified or Bank Check; or Bid Bond naming as payee or obligee, as applicable, the Middleburg Borough Council, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Borough Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject all or any submitted bids as a complete bid package or as individual bids. The Borough Council reserves the right to add or delete streets from the scope of work. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
