Requests bids for Project # FRA-0869-19 Peirce Hall Stair Renovations Project at Framingham State University. Project includes select improvements to existing stairwells in Peirce Hall including handrails and rubber treads. Egress doors and hardware may also be repaired or replaced. Work scheduled for Summer 2019. Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate. The General Contractor Selection Process will incorporate the requirements set forth in MGL c. 149 Section 44D1/2.
