Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Hope, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 03/12/2019 The project is expected to be awarded on March 25, 2019. Furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for the following: New Hope Skatepark - City Project No. 994 In general, Work consists of the construction of an outdoor concrete cast in place skatepark. The skatepark includes all concrete flatwork, ledges, stairs, metal fabrication, and shotcrete transitions and banks. Also note the following skatepark site improvements to be included. 915 SY Geotextile Fabric 620 TN Select Granular Borrow (Modified) 230 TN Aggregate Base, Class 5 300 SF Concrete Walk Along with miscellaneous excavations, subsurface drainage, and correlated appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
