**As of June 4, 2025, the project was awarded to Insituform Technologies USA, Inc., with an awarded amount of $607,542.71.** 2025 Sanitary Sewer Lining - City Project No. 1108 In general, the work consists of rehabilitation of sanitary sewer by installing cured in-place liner with approximately the following quantities for the Base Bid: 6,125 LF Sewer Rehabilitation with CIPP, 8" 6,215 LF Sewer Rehabilitation with CIPP, 9" 205 LF Sewer Rehabilitation with CIPP, 12" 305 LF Sewer Rehabilitation with CIPP, 15" 100 EA Pipe End Seal Alternates 1-3: Additional rehabilitation of sanitary sewer by installing cured in-place liner. Alternates 4 & 5: 15" and 21" Storm CMP rehabilitation (slip-line or CIPP). Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
