Robbinsdale Area Schools, Independent School District No. 281, is soliciting lump sum bids from responsible contractors for the 2026 Building Improvements project. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, using the provided bid form without alterations, additions, or erasures. The bids must be sealed and marked with the project name, bidder's name and address, date and hour of opening, and work scope. Bids must be delivered to the Director of Facilities and Operations at Robbinsdale Education Service Center. Electronic bids are not accepted. Each bid of $10,000 or more must be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check, or bid bond for at least five percent of the bid amount, payable to Robbinsdale School District No. 281. This security ensures execution of the contract and filing of required performance and payment bonds if the bid is accepted. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five days after the opening without consent from the Board of Education.
