Fort Island Trail, Crystal River, Florida, 34429. Lat/Long: 28.903438 / -82.6346638. MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS Bidders are encouraged to carefully review all the materials contained herein and prepare your Bid accordingly. Successful Bidder will be responsible for the cost and obtaining the required permits from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Citrus County Building Department. Successful Bidder will be required to be registered in the State of Florida and have a Non-Residential General Contractor, Building Contractor or Marine Contractor's license.
