DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work generally consists of concrete repairs, pumped grout at voids, grout mat installation, and miscellaneous repairs at Bridge Nos. 025002 & 025003 in the City of Crystal River. CONTRACT TIME: Construction time to achieve Substantial Completion is 90 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with an additional 30 consecutive calendar days to achieve Final Completion. BID SECURITY: A 5% bid security will be required for this project. ALL BIDDERS must be properly qualified for the type of work for which the bid is submitted. One (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid must be enclosed in an opaque envelope marked: FY 2021 BRIDGE MAINTENANCE REPAIR PROJECT SOLICITATION NO. 21-B-07 AND THE NAME OF THE BIDDER AND THEIR ADDRESS BIDS SHALL BE ADDRESSED TO: CITY OF CRYSTAL RIVER MIA FINK, CITY CLERK 123 NW HWY 19 CRYSTAL RIVER, FL 34428 The contact person is Theresa Krim, 352-795-4216, extension 314.
