Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work includes but may not be limited to removal and disposal of existing original, low-slope, roofing system on sections 7 and 8 over existing preschool, installation of new SBS roof system on existing wood decking, replacement of existing domed skylight, installation of pre-finished metal flashings, retention of existing gutter and downspout system, removal and re-installation of existing exhaust fan and other minor mechanical and electrical work. The removal of existing shake cladding and installation of new cementitious siding, fall protection anchors, insulation, vapour retarder, drywall and painting at the existing cupola is also included. Protection of interior spaces from dust and debris under work order and final cleaning of interior and exterior areas affected by the work are included. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price.
