Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Remove existing roof assembly to deck. Install new roof assembly for approximately 9770 square meters of roof area. Existing roof assemblies include areas of protected EPDM roofing with insulation and ballast, spray foam roofing, concrete pavers over protected EPDM membrane roofing and insulation. Install new fully adhered EPDM roof membrane assembly. Work will include removal and installation of new metal flashing. It will include removal and reinstallation of all rooftop mechanical and electrical components. Minor metal modifications will be required to the existing steel guardrails as described in the Contract Documents . All Bidders are required to pre-register for designated time slots to ensure the safety of all Bidders.Time slots will begin at 9a.m. Saskatchewan time in one hour increments. Time registrations to be submitted to a SHA Procurement Representative by 3:00 pm (Saskatoon Time) on February 18, 2021. Site tours will be conducted in groups of 4 - 5 to help maintain physical distancing when Bidders are within the building. A maximum of two people per contractor are allowed to attend; names of both bidding attendees must be registered prior to the site meeting. All bidders are required to wear face coverings which meet the Health Canada requirements. Upon arrival to the RUH screening desk, SHA will provide a new surgical type mask for you to wear.
