Renovation of a parking garage in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Parking Deck Lighting Safety Upgrades SCO Project # 17-17791-01A Bids will be received for single prime bid contract. All proposals will be lump sum. Contractors shall carry licensing as a general classification for General Contractor. Questions shall be sent to Kim Humiston at DeVita & Associates, Khumiston@devitainc.com, by March 5, 2019 in order to issue a final addendum by March 7, 2019. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill has an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting and conducting business with minority owned enterprises. Minority contractors are encouraged to participate in the bidding process.
