Avery Residence Hall Addition and Renovation is a 5-story 68,000-SF building originally constructed in 1958. This renovation will include a new stair tower addition with an elevator to accommodate ADA accessibility. Other scopes include, site utility upgrades, mechanical and electrical upgrades. There are also structural and architectural finish upgrades. Minority Business Participation: All minority firms are encouraged to submit bids on the project.
