The Village of Wellington Council is accepting sealed bids for ITB 201902 - New Nanofiltration Membranes for Reverses Osmosis Plants 1 and 2. Electronic Bids will only be accepted when submitted through the Village of Wellingtons bid portal. Emailed submissions will not be accepted. Paper Bids (one original and one PDF Copy (CD or thumbdrive) are to be delivered to the Clerks Office at the address below. Receipt of a bid by any Wellington Office, Receptionist, or personnel other than the Clerk's Office does not constitute receipt as required by this solicitation. The Clerks Office time stamp shall be conclusive as to the timeliness of receipt. The Owner for the Project is Village of Wellington, Florida, (Owner). Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid and must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the posting of the recommended award or as otherwise provided in Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder, who is awarded the contract, may be required to furnish a 100% Construction Performance Bond and a 100% Construction Payment Bond meeting the requirements of Section 255.05 Florida Statutes. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids (in whole or in part) with or without cause, to waive technicalities, irregularities or informalities, or to accept bids which in its judgment best serve the Owner.
